Been a Mcdonalds Tech for a year now up in Eureka, Ca where i handle 6 stores, alone....coming from a contractors point a view where i used to frame Hotels...i gotta say this job takes all my skills and abilities...Some days your working on a fryer with shot probes in the morning , Repairing floor tile after lunch and installing new pumps on a multiplex before heading home. Other days your rewiring roof top exhaust fans and ANSUL systems and doing stucco repairs and rekeying doors. or putting in a new motor on the Frappe machine. They say Technician.. lol ...but its head to toe General contracting, and truth is, you gotta be good at walking up to a issue that no one has a clue whats going on, and figure it out from scratch Fun work, but very challenging
